About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative counsellor with extensive experience of working in charities and as a part of IAPT programmes.
You might be struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, feeling hopeless or trapped in addictive or codependent behavioural patterns. You might also just be feeling that something is missing in your life, but are not sure what is the reason that you are feeling that way. Maybe you are also wondering about your identity and searching for a deeper meaning and purpose.
Our sessions will provide a safe space to talk, be really listened to, accepted for who you are and to find a way forward.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and we will agree together on either shorter (6-12 sessions) or longer-term counselling, depending on your needs and preferences.
I am integrating various approaches, depending on the issue that brings you to counselling and what might work best for you.
We will often explore your attachment history and ways that you relate to others.
I am offering telephone and online (Zoom) sessions during the Covid 19 crisis and also concessions for key workers.
Outside the Covid 19 crisis, I am offering face to face sessions from the practice in Clapham, located on Clapham High Street, just a few minutes walk from Clapham Common underground station, bus stops and a parking space nearby
