About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative therapist with an  extensive  experience of working in a wide variety of counselling and psychotherapy  settings, including inpatient addiction treatment programmes.   I have also been in private practice for a number of years.

I might be able to help you if you are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, feeling trapped in addictive or codependent behavioural patterns.

You might have experienced traumatic events and difficult relationships, growing up, especially if one of your parents or carers suffered from addiction or mental health issues. I would warmly welcome you to my practice in this case, as I have a particular interest and personal and professional experience in this area.

I work really well with people who are struggling with consequences of traumatic childhood experiences and are seeking  to work on making sense of it all, healing, understanding  and improving their wellbeing.

I am also passionate and experienced in supporting individuals with ADHD and ASD.

Practice description

Our sessions will provide a safe space to talk, to be really listened to and accepted for who you are. The aim is to help you find a way to feel happier, more secure and connected.

I am integrating various approaches, depending on the issue that brings you to therapy and what might work best for you. We will often explore your attachment history and the relationships you have with others today.

I am registered with the BACP and adhere to their Ethical Framework.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and we will agree together on either shorter (6-12 sessions) or longer term therapy, depending on your needs and preferences.

We could meet in person or online.

I am working from Central London (Piccadilly Circus) Clapham and Brixton, or online via Zoom.
