Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, feeling hopeless or trapped in behavioral patterns that are not serving you anymore?

Our sessions could be safe space to talk, be really listened to, and accepted for who you are. The aim is to help you find a way to feel happier, more secure and connected. This journey might be challenging sometimes, but it is always a rewarding one.
Practice description
I am integrating various approaches, depending on the issue that brings you to counselling and what might work best for you.
We will often explore your attachment history and relationships you have with others today.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and we will agree together on either shorter (6-12 sessions) or longer term therapy (open ended), depending on your needs and preferences.
We can meet in person or online. I am working from Balham and Central London, or online via Zoom.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist with an extensive experience in working with people that struggle with any kind of addiction or compulsive behaviors or use substances in a way that is causing them problems in their everyday life.
I might be able to help if you are struggling with compulsive behaviors, addictions, anxieties, feeling hopeless, or trapped in unhealthy behavioral patterns.
Our sessions will provide a safe space to talk, to be really listened to, and accepted for who you are. The aim is to help you find a way to feel happier, more secure, and connected. This journey might be challenging sometimes, but it is always a rewarding one.
Practice description
Sessions are 50 minutes long and we will agree together on either shorter (6-12 sessions) or longer-term therapy, depending on your needs and preferences.
I integrate various approaches and would tailor this to you and your needs.
My main approach is psychodynamic/ relational, I am however familiar with other skills and approaches, used in the treatment of addictions, such as Motivational interviewing, emotional regulation, impulse control, and mindfulness. I also have a good knowledge of the Twelve-step approach.
We will often explore your attachment style and history.
