About me and my therapy practice
You may be struggling with difficult feelings. Perhaps you are confused about your relationships or behaviours. Or maybe anxiety and depression deplete your inner resources and their pain makes you feel imprisoned.
You are considering reaching out for help and in being able to do that, there is a part of you that believes things can be better.
The way I work as a therapist is to facilitate insight, growth and lasting change in every treatment. I will collaborate with you in a non-judgmental, empathic and curious manner to help you reach your full potential by gaining insight into your difficulties and achieving adaptative and practical everyday solutions.
My first session
Initially, it is a good idea to meet once or twice to get a sense of the issues which have brought you to consider therapy. We can then think together about what might help you the most and decide the way forward.
