About me and my therapy practice
Often, being a human can be really challenging. Sometimes we come up against challenges that can be easily defined, if not easily processed: relationship difficulties, bereavements, something painful from our past. Other times, just living day-to-day can be a challenge: being a Londoner in 2019 can feel like running on a constant treadmill of paying rent, replying to work emails, reading 24-hour news notifications detailing the new crisis of the day, and trying to make time to socialise without spending a small fortune. It can be hard to remember that we are human, and to make time for those aspects of ourselves that get drowned out by the churn of city life.
I am a general counsellor, so I work with all aspects of human life. I aim to provide you a space in which you feel comfortable exploring what's on your mind, at your pace, and in your style. Together, we help you find what feels like the right way forward for you.
