About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with life? Are you feeling anxious or down? Perhaps your relationships with the people around you are not what you had hoped they would be. People come to therapy for many different reasons, and I understand that deciding to reach out to a therapist can be a scary first step.
We can all feel trapped in patterns of behaviour which we can’t seem to change. I believe that with the right support, we all have the power to break free from these patterns, to become unstuck and to live the life that we long for.
Practice descriptionAs well as offering open-ended therapy, I offer Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression which is recognised by NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) to help people struggling with depression and anxiety in a time limited way.
