About me and my therapy practice

I am Relate trained, qualified to work with adults, young people and children, individuals, couples and families. I have a wealth of experience in many different areas including; couple relationship issues, abusive relationships, relationship and family breakdown, effects of separation and divorce on adults and children, parenting post separation and problems with family relationships. I have a contract with Adoption Central England which allows me to work with adopters who might be experiencing difficulties within their family relationships.

I try to be as flexible as possible with appointment times and frequency of consultations. I offer face to face, telephone and online appointments.

I can offer therapeutic small group work and write bespoke courses for small groups.

I have a supervisor qualification which allows me to offer a service to clinicians and also those working within schools or other relevant services in a pastoral or caring capacity.

Practice description

I have person centred, systemic, psychodynamic DDP and CBT training. I can work creatively and can offer therapeutic play techniques to younger clients.

My first session

On contact, I am happy to offer a 20 minute phone call free of charge to allow the enquirer the opportunity to speak with me, ask any questions and to try and establish if I might be the person they feel comfortable to work with.
