About me and my therapy practice
I am a non-judgmental, accredited integrative relationship and couples therapist specialising in communication issues, low self-esteem, ADHD, and trauma. I also work with individuals.
My approach is integrative; therefore, I use psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Gestalt, and elements of Imago therapy. I also work with individuals and organisations. I offer clinical supervision, and I am the author of a self-help book called Dump the Baggage.
Couples and relationship therapy
Being in a relationship is deeply rewarding, but it comes with challenges, particularly if you have experienced negative childhood events or trauma.
Navigating a relationship can reveal persistent patterns that may leave you feeling stuck, especially when issues with communication and conflict management arise.
I can help you identify the root causes of your relationship challenges.
I will provide expert guidance and tools that can produce lasting success and support to assist you in navigating these changes so that you can communicate healthily and feel more emotionally connected.
Individual therapy
What sets me apart as a therapist is my specialisation in low self-esteem. Having low self-esteem can impact many areas of your life, including relationship choices, career, parenting, and emotional well-being.
You might appear “high-functioning” on the outside, but you may not feel good enough internally.
In our sessions, we will explore the root cause, which often stems from childhood, and the negative core beliefs that may still be shaping your internal narrative. Together, we’ll work on understanding these patterns so you can have a healthier relationship with yourself.
Whether you're single, dating, married, or a parent, I can help you build stronger self-esteem so you can feel more confident.
I specialise in working with:
Couples and Relationship Therapy
Anxiety and Depression
ADHD
Low Self-Esteem
