Choosing a therapist can be hard work! In a safe, confidential environment we can explore together the things that have brought you to counselling, in ways that suit you best.
I work with a wide range of issues and believe that therapy should be holistic (working with the whole person), personal to you and supported by evidence and good practice.
I have experience of working with schools, students and adults of all ages and with a wide range of different needs. I am also aware of the therapeutic adaptations needed to work with clients from a range of neurodiverse backgrounds; people with learning disabilities or autism, whether they have a diagnosis or not.
