On-line appointments are charged at £50.00 and face-to-face £60.00

About me and my therapy practice

I work as an integrative therapist offering a safe and non-judgmental space for both adults and young persons to discuss what is causing psychological disturbance.  I also work using CBT which enables you to develop the skills to eventually become your own therapist.

I like to work creatively with both adults and children, to help develop good coping strategies, gain confidence and build resilience.  

I also work with trauma and abuse.

I am recognised by WPA Healthcare and Cigma Health Insurance.

Practice description

I offer flexibility by working face-to-face with clients in Maidstone and Medway.  I also offer therapy on-line via Zoom as well as over the telephone.
