About me and my therapy practice
Are you looking for life that is more whole?
There are many reasons why you may be considering counselling at the moment. You may wish to explore strategies you can use here and now or explore how your past has affected the present. During the sessions, we will explore ways to help you become more mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually balanced so that your life journey becomes easier and more fulfilling.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor with a Dip HE (Counselling). I offer short-term and long-term counselling depending on your needs. I work in an empathic, non-judgemental and respectful way regardless of your gender, race, religion, age, abilities, culture, class, ethnicity, sexual orientation, faith or its absence.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework. I am also a member of the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC).
I am fully insured for the work that I do. I receive regular supervision.
I offer face-to-face sessions as well as online sessions (via Zoom).
Face-to-face sessions take place in a private and comfortable room in Haslemere, Surrey.
