About me and my therapy practice
I work from my home in a dedicated counselling room situated on the first floor. There is driveway parking available, and a ground floor lavatory and washroom off the entrance hallway. I am currently only offering online counselling sessions, but this may change very soon in line with government guidance regarding social distancing and small business operations. I own three dogs and whilst they remain in other parts of the house, I am unable to offer in-person sessions to anyone who may be allergic to pet hair.
My first session
In our first session I will gather your contact details and we will complete an information sheet regarding your current and past health, your family circumstances, and details of why you wish to undertake therapy. We will establish how we might work together, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the counselling process. You will then have the choice to continue with regular counselling sessions.
