About me and my therapy practice
I am a registered member of both the BACP and COSCA. I hold a Postgraduate diploma in Person Centred Counselling from Aberdeen University. In addition I have an MSc and BA in International Relations. I currently work in Private Practice and also as a counsellor with Third Sector (Charitable) organizations that deal with Mental Health issues in the Aberdeen area.
I work mainly as a person-centred counsellor for adults, but integrate other approaches when appropriate and helpful. As a person-centred counsellor, I will help you to explore your own issues, feelings, beliefs, behaviour, and views so you can become more self-aware and achieve greater independence.
