About me and my therapy practice
There are many reasons for coming to therapy. Perhaps you have reached a point of crisis or perhaps you would like to understand yourself better. By acknowledging difficult feelings, we can begin to recognise patterns of behaviour that are no longer serving us, or try to make sense of past issues that still affect us in our present.
Coming from a psychodynamic background, I offer you a safe and contained space in which to explore your thoughts and feelings. Establishing a therapeutic relationship is key to being able to explore what's underneath problematic behaviours or situations - let's explore them together with a view to moving forwards reflectively.
I am also CBT skilled and a trained couples therapist.
Practice description
My private practice is based at Brighton Therapy Rooms, near to Preston Park station so it's easily accessible. On reaching out to me, I will respond by email, setting up a phone call with you where we can establish whether or not I am the right therapist for you. Therapy can be short term (6-8 weeks) or open-ended, reviewing as we go. Sessions can be in-person or on-line.
