I am fully committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I work in a gentle and empathic way ensuring I work with you and at your pace.
I have worked with wide ranging emotions and varying challenges and am here to offer you support and guidance along your personal journey. There are many reasons why it benefits you to speak to someone; whether you are struggling to be heard and are finding life difficult right now, having an accepting confidential space to explore this will allow for a positive mindset. Our sessions allow you to focus on what is going on for you and the issues you face.
I appreciate how difficult it can be to take the first step into exploring therapy so during our first session together we will look at what your needs and expectations are and what you would like to achieve from counselling.

To alleviate some of this uncertainty I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation; this gives you an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about counselling as well as an opportunity for us to talk about how we could work together.
