About me and my therapy practice
I am a Humanistic Counsellor working in the Rye and Robertsbridge areas of East Sussex. I have worked for St.Michael's Hospice as a Bereavement Counsellor, the Macmillan Counselling Service at Eastbourne District General Hospital, and The Sara Lee Trust, supporting people living with life threatening illness.
I now work exclusively in my private practice. Working days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from my home office, from The Hub on Rye Hill (which is accessible by wheelchair) as well as on Zoom. My approach is professional, down to earth and friendly; fostering a trustworthy therapeutic relationship where you will be safe to explore what you need, without fear of judgement.
I adhere to the BACP ethical framework, am fully insured and am continuously building on my knowledge through relevant CPD and Supervision.
