About me and my therapy practice

I have ten years of experience as a psychotherapist. I work integratively which means that the therapy is tailored to my individual clients. I help clients identify areas that are holding them back or causing issues in their lives. We then work collaboratively to find solutions.

I support my clients to create permanent coping strategies that are easily manageable and sustainable that fit into their busy lives.

I work with clients that are motivated to make changes and improve their lives.
