About me and my therapy practice

Hi and a warm welcome,

Are you struggling? Are you looking for answers? Do you feel lost?

Whatever your concern is, we can take a closer look together and explore what works for you. I can help you figure out and organise your problems and come up with healthy solutions to solve them, so you can move forward to a better future.

I hold a B.A. (1st Class Hons) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, Advanced Yoga and Somatic Bodywork certifications. These additional skills and approaches can help you understand the origins of your issues, supporting long lasting change and growth.

I welcome enquiries, and if you would like to have a discussion regarding the possibility of working together, please contact me by email and I would be happy to arrange a free 15 minute call to speak with you.

I see a wide range of adults of all ages, including younger adults 18+, and work flexibly, according to individual need. For this reason, the scale of the work varies widely, from a few consultations, through once weekly work, to longer term, intensive therapy.

Practice description

How can l support you?

Embarking on self-development and therapy can be a challenging yet a rewarding process. Whatever your concern, we can take a closer look together.

My aim is to create a warm confidential safe space for you to feel respected, heard, understood and supported, enabling you to find meaning in your difficulties and bring about deep-seated and long-term change.

In this safe space we can identify and modify patterns of thinking and behaviours encouraging growth, fulfillment and potential.

I will show you tools and strategies which will enable you to build stronger foundations for success.

I work with individuals and couples either face to face, outdoors, via telephone, or remotely via zoom.

I offer both short-term and open ended therapy, in English and Dutch.

I welcome people from all paths of life and different cultures.

My first session

Feeling comfortable with your choice of therapist is essential for effective counselling.

Please feel free to contact me for an initial appointment with no obligation to rebook.

The cost of each session for individuals is £60 and last 50 minutes

For Couples the cost is £75 per 50 minute session

I do offer a limited number of concessionary places (during daytime hours) for those on low income and I am very happy to discuss this with you.

I am happy to work on either a short term or longer term basis. In practice I am used to working with clients for any period from a single session to multiple years. Shorter term work may often involve resolving an immediate crisis or learning practical skills / strategies. Longer term work can focus on resolving more complex issues or examining any contributing underlying factors.

Before starting therapy, I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and what your hopes and anxieties might be. It also allows you to get a sense of my way of working and decide whether I am the right therapist for you.

If we agree to work together, I would offer 50 minute sessions on the same day and at the same time each week.
