I am an Integrative Counsellor meaning that I can use a blend of counselling theories including Person centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic to provide a best fit therapy for you.

The relationship element in this is important in you feeling comfortable so a 20 minute free telephone consultation may help before you choose whether to book sessions.
