About me and my therapy practice
A practicing integrative psychotherapist with a person centred and humanistic approach including other various therapeutic models such as, Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytical, CBT, Gestalt and transactional Analysis.
There is no one way of understanding human behaviour, from happiness to distress, we are all unique. The challenges and experiences in life are very different to each and everyone.
Overall, I bring together a range of theoretical models and techniques to create a tailored approach to meet your specific needs.
Therapy can support you to become self-aware, understand feelings and thought process, recognise negative or unhelpful thoughts. It can also help discover recurring patterns, triggers, safety factors and coping strategies. Therapy can empower you to create positive changes you want to see in your life.
