About me and my therapy practice
I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with experience of working in the NHS and charity sector. I am registered with BPC, BACP and a member of Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists
I have experience in work with a range of psychological and emotional difficulties including:
Anxiety, panic attack, phobias
Depression,
Self-confidence,
Bereavement loss,
Eating disorders, body image issues,
Self-harm, abuse,
Relationships and work difficulties
Addiction
Many people experience emotional difficulties at some point in their life. Sometimes we feel we are ‘not right' and we don’t know why. Unresolved issues past or present can create stress, anxiety, depression and may impact your everyday life. If you feel overwhelmed, unhappy or alone perhaps talking with a professional can help.
I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space for you to talk about whatever is troubling you. I work psychodynamically, which involves talking about your early life experience and how this experience may affect you now. I work both in a time-limited and open-ended way. Treatment can continue for as long or short a time as you wish.
