About me and my therapy practice

Do you feel stuck and don't know what to do for the best? Or maybe you feel that something is missing in your life but you don’t feel you can work it out on your own? Contact me today if you would you like to develop:

• A strong sense of who you are

• Healthy friendships or relationships

• A fulfilling career

• A sense of peace and calm

• A combination of all these things and more

Due to life events such as infidelity, trauma, parenting, separation, illness, bereavement, bullying or toxic relationships we can often feel like we've lost parts of ourselves and as a result we can be left feeling undervalued, overwhelmed, resentful, angry, sad or lonely. These feelings can often lead to struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety or depression.

Whether you want to live a more calm, content and balanced life or to really push yourself to achieve goals that currently seem so far away, I can provide a warm, friendly, non-judgemental and confidential space in which you will feel safe to reflect on your issues, work through them and find a positive way forward.

Whatever your motivation for counselling, I am happy to work with your everyday thoughts as well as difficult past experiences and fears for the future. No problem is too big or too small and all thoughts, feelings and emotions are welcome.

I'm here to help you change your life, please feel free to contact me today to find out how I can help.
