About me and my therapy practice

Do you feel that something is missing in your life?

This could be

• A strong sense of who you are

• Healthy friendships or relationships

• A fulfilling career

• A sense of peace and calm

• A combination of all these things and more

Due to life events such as infidelity, trauma, parenting, separation, illness, bereavement, bullying or toxic relationships we can often feel like we've lost parts of ourselves and as a result we can be left feeling sad, undervalued, overwhelmed, resentful, angry, lonely or judged. These feelings can often lead to struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety or depression.

As your counsellor, whether you want to live a more calm, content and balanced life or really push yourself to achieve goals that currently seem so far away, I can provide a warm, friendly, non-judgemental and confidential space in which you will feel safe to reflect on your issues, work through them and find a positive way forward.

Whatever your motivation for counselling, I am happy to work with your everyday thoughts as well as difficult past experiences, fears of the future and taboo subjects. No problem is too big or too small and all thoughts, feelings and emotions are welcome.

I'm here to help you change your life, please feel free to contact me today (via What's App, telephone, email or text) to find out how I can help. I will get back to you within 24 hours.

I offer weekly therapy sessions (via Zoom) which will allow you the space and time to process and reflect what is going on for you as well as enable you to grow, develop and make the changes in your life you would like to make.

I regularly undertake CPD and specialist training to further support my clients.
