About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in working with women who feel something is missing in their lives. This could be healthy relationships, fun experiences, fulfilling careers, a strong sense of who they are or just a good night's sleep.

Sometimes due to life events such as infidelity, trauma, motherhood, separation, divorce, illness, bereavement, bullying or toxic relationships we can feel like we've lost parts of ourselves or not even had the opportunity to explore who we are. As a result we can be left feeling sad, undervalued, overwhelmed, resentful, angry, lonely or judged and struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, imposter syndrome or people pleasing behaviour.

I provide a warm, non-judgemental and confidential space in which you can feel safe to reflect on your issues and find a way forward.

Working together will enable you to explore and manage whatever it is that is causing you distress, confusion or pain and enable you to live the life you desire. This may involve being more calm, content and balanced or to really push yourself and reach those goals that currently seem so far away.

No problem is too big or too small and all thoughts, feelings and emotions are welcome. I can work with your everyday thoughts as well as past experiences, feared futures and taboo subjects. I won't tell you what to do but I will help you to change your life.

Practice description

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling, a Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling and a First Class BSc (Hons) in Psychology. My Diploma is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) from the Kent & Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust, Inter-Psyche Training Institute.

I offer weekly video call therapy sessions which will allow you the space and time to process and reflect what is going on for you as well as enable you to grow, develop and make the changes in your life you would like to make.

I regularly undertake CPD and specialist training to further support my clients.
