About me and my therapy practice
My aim is to work with you to enable you to feel you're living your life and not just existing. To collaboratively explore what's going on for you and to look for ways you can make changes in your life. Helping you to feel that you're leading a life that suits you more. This is achieved through what is essentially a guided conversation. So whilst the thought of talking through what's going on might seem daunting, my aim is to make the process as simple and easy going as possible. For those looking for a more rigorous approach, this can be catered for too!
As an integrative therapist I have taken what I believe to be the most effective elements of the main therapeutic approaches (CBT, Psychodynamic & Humanistic) and have crafted what I find is the most effective way of working. Along with these main elements I continue to study additional approaches and incorporate all that I feel would be beneficial in helping you reach a greater feeling of contentment with your life.
Therapy can be done over relatively short period of time. You may be surprised how quickly you can start to feel a positive change, potentially in just a few sessions.
My private practice is conveniently & centrally located next to House of Fraser in Birmingham City Centre, a short walk from New Street Station and Snow Hill Station.
Please visit my website for more detailed information or feel free to get in touch direct from this site to ask any questions you may have.
Whoever you chose to work with, I hope you find the process beneficial and enables you to live your life to it's fullest potential.
