Trauma, past hurts and lifes challenging experiences can impact us much more than we are aware of, leading to experiencing relationship/family issues, stress, anxiety, depression, feeling sad, low self-esteem, self-destructive behaviours, feelings of isolation, as well as many other mental and physical difficulties. This is where counselling can be highly beneficial, as we work together to help you gain insight, self-awareness, clarity, confidence and positive growth towards greater fulfilment.
Practice description
I hold a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you feel safe to explore your story and the struggles you face within your internal world. As a Humanistic Integrative therapist, I utilise a variety of approaches to best suit your individual needs, wants and goals. I work with you in a collaborative way, understanding you as the unique person you are, working at your pace and tailoring support to best assist your healing and growth.
My first session
Entering counselling can be one of the most difficult decisions to make when unsure of many emotions, feelings or behaviours so I offer a free initial confidential phone call (no obligation) where we will talk about what brings you to counselling, how we can work together and answer any questions you may have.
