About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced psychotherapist based opposite Ealing Broadway station. I aim to offer a safe space in which you feel able to express and explore whatever is troubling you.
The most important aspect of what I can offer is a supportive and collaborative relationship, and a thoughtful consideration of what might help. Broadly, I work to deepen self-awareness and self-understanding, including looking at personal values (sometimes implicitly held). I work with techniques to manage emotions, such as breathing and visualisation. I emphasise the importance of childhood and early life in shaping how a person respond to challenges. It is my strong belief that significant personal change is possible throughout life.
My approach incorporates thinking from humanistic and developmental psychology, relational psychotherapy, neurobiology, family systems and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
I work with adults aged 18+.
