About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, mediator, trainer and supervisor with a wealth of experience working with young people and adults both individually and in groups. My therapeutic work of over 15 years links with the NHS, education, private and public sectors.
I also have a keen interest and experience in co-creating consultancy projects for businesses – now more so looking to support much needed care, attention and improvements for the wellbeing of all members in the workplace.

To ensure good practice as well as self care supervision is a place for reflection and learning.
In providing a safe and warm setting I invite to bring what you wish to explore in order to support your client or team work. This can prove to be nourishing as well as insightful. Within a collaborative atmosphere we can uncover any ethical concerns or issues you may bring in order to gain clarity of your work going forward.
Practice description
I offer both in person and online supervision
Individuals - supervision is for 60minutes. Usually 2 weekly both online and in person
Groups (up to 9) within organisations - supervision is for 90 to 120 minutes. Usually 4 or 6 weekly and both online and on-site in person (group rates to be agreed)
