About me and my therapy practice
I am a CBT therapist. I use kindness to listen with compassion, offering a warm, secure and healing relationship that will support you through any changes you feel are necessary to get the very best from life. When a gentle challenge is needed I can bring insight and tenderness to help smooth the way.
Practice description
I offer therapy to adults, couples and children. I am also a clinical supervisor. My therapy suite is spacious and private. I maintain social distancing and sanitise everything that can be touched in between sessions.
I also offer video and telehone counselling sessions.
My first session
The first session will involve welcoming you to the room, introducing myself and CBT, and hearing what your goals for therapy are. In this session I expect to also detail my treatment plan and the rationale behind it.

I have been in private practise for nearly ten years. My therapy suite is private, spacious and comfortable.
