About me and my therapy practice

Online Sessions Within A Week Using An Online Booking System.

Hi there, I’m Canse and I appreciate you looking on my profile. Does everything just feel like too much? Having relationship problems? Are there traumatic life events that you feel are holding you back? Struggling with anxiety, depression or other mental health issues? Maybe you want to work on self-development? You are not alone. Let’s talk, I would love to help you find a more fulfilling life.

Together we can break things down to feel more manageable, confront your fears and pursue meaningful change. It can help to talk to someone not connected to your personal life and it can be safer to revisit things with a professional. Especially if things have been buried for years, this can feel overwhelming or present in your current behaviour or relationships. Counselling & Psychotherapy is a confidential, safe space where you can be your true self with no judgements’ and may be life changing.

Practice description

Silver Linings Counselling and Psychotherapy is a Worldwide online service. I have 10 years’ experience working with a range of individuals from community services, inpatient units and crisis intervention. I also worked in a Therapeutic Community which was DBT focused with ladies who have a personality disorder. I have observed remarkable transformations in people and I genuinely believe in you too. I have organised mental health awareness events for the last 5 years. I was handpicked from a global magazine Brainz to write articles related to mental health. I was also given the Brainz 500 Global Award for 2021 for my dedication to help others.

I studied BA(Hons) in Psychology specialising in Clinical. Then went on to study my PGDip in Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy which ensures safe and ethical working. Also, fully Insured with Enhanced DBS. My therapeutic influence is from an Integrative Approach mostly linked to Humanistic, Relational & Creative ways of working. I am keen to meet your individual needs and being mixed race, I really value diversity.
