About me and my therapy practice
I currently work with an organisation which provides psychological services for people who have experienced torture and organised violence. I also run a small private practice.
I have a special interest in complex trauma and PTSD.
Using the psychodynamic approach, I aim to listen carefully to what the client has to say and, in response, help them to think about and make links between events and themes in their life. My role is not to advise, rather to work with each individual to support them to discover their own solutions.
Fees are £50 (£35 conc) per 50 mins. Details about bookings and my experience can be found at my website.
I am also available for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAGALA model) sessions, £80-£100 ph.
Counselling supervision is offered face to face in Glasgow or online, I am happy to work with any therapeutic approach/modality, £50 ph.
