About me and my therapy practice
WHAT HELP DO YOU NEED? Are you dealing with issues such as relationship difficulties, occupational stress and performance, personal injury claims, phobias, trauma, alcohol abuse, and low confidence?
I have a special interest in post traumatic stress, also life/occupational coaching and mediation, where issues can impact on the organisation and individual.
Whatever your difficulty, I can offer you a range of therapies, including CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and EMDR (eye movement desensitisation reprocessing), or Solution Focused Coaching and mediation
Practicalities: sessions usually last up to an hour and together we regularly review how you feel you are progressing. Some people like to work for a few weeks only, whilst others require longer term counselling - you might decide what you need from the outset or it emerges as you continue the therapy.
