Who am I?
I’m Tina, a BACP registered Integrative Therapist providing online, phone, and in-person sessions. I’m dedicated to helping people heal and restore, fostering an environment where they can feel accepted to embrace their authenticity and overcome emotional, mental, and physical challenges.
As an Integrative counsellor, I believe each person is unique and requires a tailored approach that suits their needs and goals. I am trained in and draw from various theoretical models, such as person-centred, cognitive-behavioural (CBT), and psychodynamic to provide you with holistic and compassionate therapy.
I also offer embodied somatic approaches and creative practices in the work, believing that our bodies can reveal valuable insights into our psyche. These methods can help you access and express your emotions, sensations, and memories in ways that talking therapy may not always capture.
I aim to provide inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, disability-affirming, culturally competent, and culturally responsive care and services for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.

Each session is 50 minutes and you can choose to have it in person, online, phone or walk and talk. If you are interested in working with me, please contact me to arrange a free consultation. This will help us determine if we are a good fit for each other.
My services are available online, over the phone UK-wide, and face-to-face from a room based in central Northampton which is easily accessible from Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes and Leicestershire.
Face to Face
Many people prefer meeting face-to-face, which can help you feel more connected and supported, as well as giving you access to a range of creative methods to work through your challenges.
I work from a counselling room in central Northampton, and I see adults 18+ weekly.
Online and telephone counselling
More and more people are now choosing to access online therapy due to its numerous benefits. Online sessions mean that you are not restricted by geographical location, you can relax in the comfort of your own home, and book at a time that suits you and your lifestyle. Online sessions take place weekly via a secure platform.
Walk and Talk
Outdoor/Walk and Talk therapy sessions are a unique alternative to traditional indoor therapy. By taking our therapy sessions outdoors, you can enjoy the additional healing benefits of fresh air, gentle physical activity, and being in nature.
Outdoor sessions take place in various settings around Northamptonshire, depending on your preferences. I'm happy to walk in all but the most extreme weather. We walk at your pace, and can spend as much time as you wish resting, sitting on a bench and enjoying the view.
Walk and Talk sessions can take place weekly, or on an ad-hoc basis as an alternative to your usual, in-person sessions.
My first session
Fess are £50 for a 50-minute session.
I offer a free 20-minute initial phone consultation to assess your needs.
During the consultation, you will have the opportunity to hear more about the way I work, ask any questions and get a feel for whether we would be a good fit together.
I will also ask some questions about you and your background, why you are seeking therapy and the issues you are facing to support me in understanding the best way to help you.
