As a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor, I incorporate humanistic and psychodynamic principles, whilst adopting a relational and creative approach. 

Our work together will provide you the opportunity to identify and explore the root causes of your emotional triggers, develop effective coping strategies to regulate emotions, manage stress and maintain a greater sense of balance and resilience in your life.

Trained to draw upon a diverse range of psychotherapeutic modalities and creative practices, I tailor my methods to suit your unique needs. 

By uncovering aspects of yourself that may previously have remained hidden from your conscious awareness, we can begin to loosen their grip on your present and future.

Through enhancing your self-awareness and unlocking your inner resources, I aim to empower you to navigate through life’s inevitable challenges with greater freedom and agency.

Whether you are looking for short-term support or long-term therapy, I am committed to working collaboratively with you to achieve your desired goals.

My first session

The therapeutic relationship is the catalyst for growth and healing. Therefore, I offer a complimentary, no-obligation, 20-minute initial consultation to determine if we would be a good therapeutic fit for your journey.

The free consultation provides you an opportunity to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals and any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.

Thereafter, you'll be offered an assessment where we can establish your background and the direction of therapy.

Therapy sessions typically run for 50 minutes and take place on a weekly basis.
