About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified and experienced relationship counsellor and psychosexual therapist working with individuals and couples. I have worked for Relate for over ten years and continue to do so along side my private practice.
My approach is integrative meaning that I draw on a range of different counselling skills to help clients achieve the change they desire. Counselling offers clients an unbiased, non-judgemental space to talk, reflect on and consider relationship and personal issues. It is my belief that a trusting and comfortable relationship between the client and the counsellor is a key element to successful therapy.
The first counselling session is an initial consultation offering you a chance to tell me about yourself and your relationship. We can discuss what you would like to achieve from counselling and also what you can expect from relationship counselling or sex therapy.
My practice is situated on the Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire border, close to Junction 10 of the M1.
I offer daytime, evening and skype appointments. For more information please visit my website.
