About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist with a practice in Bethnal Green, east London. I offer open-ended therapy in person or online. Sessions are usually weekly at the same time each week and last for 50 minutes.
If you are considering therapy, you may be feeling worried, stuck or unhappy, or be going through a personal crisis. Whatever your reason for contacting me, I offer a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space in which to begin to understand and reflect on the issues affecting your life.
I recognise that it is a big step to reach out to a stranger and begin to talk about yourself. I place the utmost importance on confidentiality at every stage of the process.
If you would like to know more about how I work and the therapy I offer, or you would like to enquire about an initial appointment, please don't hesitate to contact me. If I have availability that suits you, I will probably suggest that we meet for an initial consultation -- a first meeting to think together about whether I can help you. We may meet more than once before agreeing to work together.
