About me and my therapy practice

I am a friendly and compassionate counsellor that offers support from a safe, warm and welcoming setting in Royston town centre and online. I am professionally qualified, fully insured and an accredited member of the BACP. Contact me for a non-judgemental and completely confidential chat to see if we could work together.

My first session

The first session is a consultation. This gives us a chance to have a chat about how counselling will work, agree how we'd like to work together and for me to ask a series of questions and you may have some too. After this session if you decide you'd like to work with me, we would meet weekly at an agreed time.
