About me and my therapy practice
I work as an Integrative therapist which means I draw on theory from Psychodynamic and Person-Centred/Humanistic schools.
I decide what modality to work in depending on what my client brings to the room and put them at the centre of what is essentially collaborative work.
Work can be long or short term and is continually assessed with me working to find the best way to meet my clients needs.
I work within the conditions set out by the BACP adhering to its ethical framework and by committing to continuous professional development.
I work from two private practices, one in Harley Street, London and one in The Cotswolds.
I have worked for the following organisations as a therapist:
Action for Blind People (RNIB)
Before becoming a therapist I worked in media and have a strong business background.
