About me and my therapy practice
Is life feeling very hard at the moment, are you struggling to feel like yourself, do the usual things you like to do, or even the necessary things? Is it hard to connect with people, as it feels like how you are feeling is not understandable or you don't know where to begin?
My desire is to provide a safe and encouraging space for my clients to navigate through any changes or struggles, wanted or unwanted, they may be facing in life. I strive to help clients build a strong, healthy relationship with themselves and others, and move past any barriers that may be blocking their access to their intuition, joy and courage. I am compassionate and perceptive and I am driven by relieving distress and confusion to find an empowering path forward.
Practice description
As a qualified therapeutic counsellor, I use a dynamic person-centred approach but have also trained in Psychosynthesis and Relational approaches, and have studied psychology, mental health and health sciences - and continue to do so. I have gone on my own personal journey from distress to inner peace, which gives me a deeper understanding of the importance of self-care and helps me to relate to my clients in a meaningful way. It would be an honour to work with you and help you to discover your own inner strength and resilience.
