About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced therapist offering regular counselling sessions on a short, medium, or long term basis online and in Central London.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental environment where difficult feelings can be explored and change made possible.
I make use of various theories and models of psychology to work in a way that fits for each client. This method of working is referred to as integrative.
Please contact me to enquire about how I can help you. We can then schedule an initial session to find out whether we are the right fit for each other.
My therapy room is located near London Bridge station and Borough station, easily accessible from Central London and the City.

Practice description
Please note all sessions are currently being held online.
My first session
Our initial session will be an opportunity for us both to meet and to experience what it is like working together. I will cover some important areas such as confidentiality and explain the session setup. We will then focus on what has brought you to seek help at this time. I may ask some questions or check my understanding. There will be an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have about therapy and at the end we will discuss how we might go forward. Sessions last 50 minutes.
