About me and my therapy practice
I recognise that it is not always easy to reach out for support, having been providing therapy to clients via my private practice for the last ten years. I am happy to chat through your needs with you before you book and seek to make the process as easy as possible for you.
I am a person-centered therapist and have experience working with a wide range of clients and presenting issues. As everyone is an individual, I tailor all support to you.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, relationship issues, workplace issues or are experiencing other difficulties, we can work together to find a positive way forward. We can also work on developing coping techniques to assist with any anxiety, low mood or stress you may be experiencing.
Whatever has brought you to therapy, we will work together to find your best way forward. You do not have to navigate difficult times or emotions alone. Therapy can empower you by giving you greater self-awareness and developing your problem-solving skills.
I also have a strong interest in the healing power of engaging for Nature for well-being, the benefits of which are well documented. You have the option of incorporating this into your sessions if you wish and we can discuss this option if you choose to.
As a vegan therapist I also offer a safe space for any vegan clients to navigate any particular issues they may be experiencing.

I have been providing therapy to individuals and businesses across Merseyside and the North-West, as well as nationwide, for the last ten years.
I provide a professional, warm tailored service, helping my clients to move forward positively and build their resilience.
In addition to my private practice, I also have experience working with a large national mental health charity, survivors of domestic and sexual abuse, as well as extensive experience of EAP and occupational health.
I take a holistic approach to your well-being and am also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist; a Reiki Master Teacher, a Life Coach, a Mentor, a Student Mentor and a Wellbeing Practitioner.
I have always had an interest in working with Nature for well-being, the benefits of which are well documented. As well as being able to incorporate this into your therapy if you wish, I also offer courses and workshops to help you to deepen your connection with Nature.
As a vegan therapist, I also have an awareness of the particular issues my vegan clients may experience. I provide a safe, supportive space to explore and work-through any issues or difficulties.
I offer all services online and/or via telephone. This means I can work with clients nationwide. It can also make it easier for you to fit your sessions into your schedule.
