About me and my therapy practice
I offer short-term and longer-term individual Existential psychotherapy, both face-to-face in London, and online throughout the UK.
I have a background working with people who have experiences of adversity and trauma, disability, health and long-term conditions, and those with psycho-sexual and relationships concerns.
Existential psychotherapy focuses on exploring your lived experiences; the things that shape your understanding of your body, sense of self, relationships with others, and the world around you.
Through a collaborative dialogue, we will explore your dilemmas, the challenges you are facing in your life, and your relationships with your past, present and future.
In the therapy, we will aim to find greater insight, build the internal resources you need to make the changes you want to see in your life, and build new forms of relationships with others.
