About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative, person-centred therapist; I draw from a range of techniques to provide the support you need in a safe, welcoming, confidential environment. Sessions will be centred around you and the things you want to discuss, and we will progress at a pace you set.
I have experience working with both long- and short-term clients, across a variety of different platforms. I can work with a wide variety of issues, including a range of mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, problems around home- or work- life, and childhood experiences.
I am currently based in Little Chalfont. Sessions start on the hour and last for 50 minutes. I can offer therapy online, over the phone, or face-to-face (depending on Government restrictions).
My first session
The first session will give you a chance to learn more about how I work and get a feel for whether I am the right person to help you. It will also give me a chance to find out more about what has brought you in to therapy and what your goals are going in. At the end of the session, we can discuss what you would like the next step to be.
