Everyone has their own unique story and I am here to listen to yours. I have experience working with a wide range of people, from all walks of life and I offer counselling that is tailored to suit your individual needs.

During our work together I could help you to;

* Explore difficult emotions and experiences

* Set and work towards goals

* Work on changing unhelpful thoughts or behaviours

* Find coping strategies that work for you

Practice description

For some people the prospect of starting counselling can feel daunting, please rest assured this is a common feeling and I am here to help and support you in bringing forward the issues that are on your mind.

You might be experiencing issues with relationships, anxiety, stress, anger, low mood, work or self esteem, or you might be in a place where you want to work on your self awareness and self-development.

I will work closely with you to understand what it is you would like to gain from therapy and to provide an approach that suits you as an individual.

My office is in a central Manchester location, which is easily accessible by public transport. However I am currently offering only online and telephone sessions due to Covid-19.

I am able to offer a limited number of places at a reduced rate for students and those on a low income.
