About me and my therapy practice
Having experienced my fair share of turbulent and difficult relationships throughout different stages of my life both with myself and those around me I developed a real passion to help others learn the skills needed to build healthier relationships in their lives.
This means something different for everyone and I’m sure it means something different for you.
I consider myself extremely lucky that I get to work with individuals who trust me to share their stories and I love seeing the changes made along the way.
Maybe your anxiety is preventing you from having fulfilling relationships either socially or at work, or maybe you’d like to learn what a healthy relationship looks like so that you can go on to experience healthier relationships in the future.
Perhaps a stressful workload is putting a strain on your relationship or decreasing your job satisfaction and you’d like some support on how you can better manage your stress.
Or maybe you’re hoping to stop comparing yourself to others and gain body confidence and self-acceptance.
Whatever you’re coming to counselling with, I will work with you, at your pace to help you deepen your understanding of yourself and those around you so that you can go on to build happier and healthier relationships with yourself and the people in your life.

About me and my therapy practice
I believe in empowering and encouraging supervisees to become the counsellors they want to be which is why I feel so passionate about supervision.
The work we do as therapists can be hard and isolating at times so it's important to have a space you can go to where you feel comfortable to share the highs and lows of your work.
I hope to offer a collaborative space that feels supportive and challenging as you reflect on your work and grow as a counsellor and individual.
Practice description
Experience and how I work
I have seven years of experience as an integrative counsellor, combining several models into my practice although I work from a person-centred core. I'm trained in the 7-eyed model of supervision and really enjoy how this allows me to get a good sense of supervisees and their clients while always considering our relationship.
As a whole, I work very relationally, being a naturally intuitive person I've learned to incorporate this skill into my practice and I therefore bring all of me into the work that I do.
I have experience working in private practice, charity organisations, EAP's, and counselling helplines, in person, online and over the phone.
Why did I become a Supervisor?
After years of thoroughly enjoying being a counsellor, I developed a real joy of working with student counsellors and realised I loved being a small part of their journey into the world of therapy and decided I'd like to be able to offer supervision to students as well as therapy.
Therefore, I'm able to work with both training and qualified counsellors.
