About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I understand that starting counselling can seem worrying and I hope that I can ease any concerns you may have. I offer a safe, friendly and confidential space to explore your feelings and the difficulties you might be facing. We can work together to build a strong therapeutic relationship where I will support and listen to you.
I offer an Integrative approach to counselling which means that I combine several therapeutic approaches rather than using one model which enables me to offer you counselling best suited to you. I have particular experience in working with: Depression / low mood, Anxiety, stress, Confidence and self esteem.
My first session
Before we begin counselling we can meet for a chat where we can discuss your reasons for coming to counselling. This is a good opportunity for you to get a feel of whether you would be comfortable with me being your counsellor and ask any questions you may have. There is no obligation for you to continue counselling with me afterwards, this can be something you decide following our meeting.
This initial appointment is offered at a reduced fee of £20.00
