About me and my therapy practice
Trained as an Integrative Counsellor, I work using Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis. In addition to this I’m also trained to deliver Therapy in Nature, which takes counselling out of the traditional counselling room and outside into Nature, here we can engage with Nature while working therapeutically.
I have specific training and experience in bereavement counselling from my time as a volunteer with Oldham Bereavement Support Service. I have additional training in working with trauma and victims of sexual abuse, and I currently work as a volunteer counsellor with young adults at the charity 'Off the Record Twickenham'. In addition, I have experience of working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, ADHD, Sexual Abuse, Suicide Ideation and Self-Harm.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), and currently working towards accreditation. I offer counselling and psychotherapy in both Manchester and London, either indoors within a counselling room or outdoors in nature. Feel free to contact me for more information: firstname.lastname@example.org
