About me and my therapy practice

Counselling, Psychotherapy & Clinical Supervision.

I have over 15 years experience working with adults from all walks and stages of life.

I am passionate about the work I do, and I know personally the benefits of experiencing a professional therapeutic relationship, and how it can transform the way we think, live and relate to others.

I work integratively and relationally. I trained as a psychodynamic practitioner initially, and have experienced and had training in other models over the years. In particular, I’m interested in attachment theory and developments in the field of trauma.

My continuing commitment to further professional development training and interests in other therapy models, and experience, enables me to adapt to a wide variety of individuals and problems.

About me and my therapy practice

Counselling, Psychotherapy & Clinical Supervision.

I have over 16 years experience working with adults from all walks and stages of life.

I am qualified with an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Supervision.

I believe supervision plays a vital role in supporting practitioners in their work with clients, and I provide a safe space in which Counsellors can think about, and work creatively with, all aspects of their work. I believe it is important for the maintenance of professional standards and ethics.
