About me and my therapy practice
I work from my private therapy room in Clerkenwell near, Farringdon and Kings Cross stations and close to Angel Islington. I offer a quiet, confidential, non-judgemental space where we can work together. My approach is an integrative one, combining different ways of working to suit you as a unique individual to help you bring about change.
You may have come to my page with a sense of something not being right, yet not sure of the words to express or explain this, for example feeling anxiety, sad, or experiencing relationship issues. You may have come because someone else has suggested it, such as friends, family or employers.
What ever the reasons our work together will be for you to safely explore the thoughts, reactions and the feelings that you bring.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is a creative and collaborative process. The relationship works in two important ways. Firstly, it is creative, in that new thoughts and solutions may be considered. Secondly, it is collaborative, in that you, the client play a major role in achieving ways to move forward. Between us we can gain insights that allow you to see and experience things differently. This allows the space to make changes and choices that can lead to a more contented and fulfilled life.
Alongside my private practice I currently work as a volunteer for a Bereavement agency in central London.
