About me and my therapy practice
I am a counsellor with over ten years’ experience. You can talk about your experiences and feelings with me in a way that may not be possible with family and friends. Putting your feelings into words with a counsellor can help you deal with what is happening in your life.
What I won’t do is to label you, judge you or give you advice. You know yourself and your life better than anyone else: this is the belief at the centre of the school of counselling in which I am trained.
I will listen to you and try to understand your feelings from your point of view, in a place where you can feel safe and supported.
Practice description
PLEASE NOTE: I am currently working from home. This means that I can offer sessions both online and by phone, but not face to face.
My practice is located just minutes away from Kentish Town tube station and several bus routes. I charge a sliding scale of £40-70 per 50-minute session, depending on what you can afford. Sessions for couples cost £70. I offer an initial session at the reduced fee of £25 in order for us to see if we are happy to work together.
