About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified relationship counsellor (MBACP), I offer a safe place for you, as a couple or an individual, to come and talk about your problems. We can build a secure connection where you know you will not be judged and where what you say remains confidential. The decision to come to counselling can be quite daunting, I appreciate.
I use an integrative approach, which means I can adapt any one of a number of therapeutic styles I am familiar with to your particular needs. The key factor, though, is the way we get on as counsellor and client.
After therapy couples often feel more confident and understand how to communicate better, meet their own and each other’s needs and continue to build a more hopeful, loving, fun and fulfilling relationship.
Individuals too can discover better ways of coping and bringing about the changes they want in their lives.
