About me and my therapy practice
If you've been experiencing feelings of Distress, Anxiety or Depression, then maybe I can help.
Offering one to one counselling, I aim to provide a supportive, non-judgemental, confidential space where you can feel safe to explore and understand what it is that is causing you to feel this way.
I believe that the work we do together will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, where you will be able to find an increasing awareness of the strength and resources available, helping to support you now and in the future.
If you would like to get started with counselling, please feel free to contact me securely and discreetly via email, text or phone, to discuss setting up an initial session. Within this session we'll talk about what you want to get out of counselling, as well as what I am able offer as your therapist. If there is a mutual feeling that we can work together, we'll set up a second session, with a view to setting up regular meetings (generally on a weekly basis).
