About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced, professional, fully qualified Therapeutic Counsellor.
I have extensive experience working with a wide range of mental health issues including; Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Difficulties, Financial Worries, Emotional Abuse, Childhood Abuse, Low Self Esteem, Suicidal Ideation (thoughts of Suicide) and bereavement by Suicide.
Offering one to one counselling, I aim to provide a supportive, non-judgemental, confidential space where you can feel safe to explore and understand what it is that is causing you to feel this way.
In working with you, my focus is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, where you will find an increasing awareness of your own strength and resource, helping to support you in the here and now, as well as going forward into the future.
If you would like to get started with counselling, please contact me securely and discreetly via email, text or phone, to discuss setting up an initial consultation.
Within this first session we'll explore you, your reasons for considering counselling and what you aim to gain from our work together.
We'll also explore more about my practice and how I am able support you as your therapist.
Going forward, if there is a mutual feeling that we can work together, we'll set up a second session, with a view to setting up regular meetings (generally on a weekly basis).
