About me and my therapy practice
For me the first step is building a foundation of safety & trust for us to work together. It is important to gain a deep understanding of your needs from counselling & together work at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
I recognise individuals are unique and therefore work to meet these. This may mean short term or long term, working with current or past issues. When given the right environment, change is definitely possible even when it can feel otherwise.
I work in a caring, calm way, am emotionally empathetic and non-judgemental. My therapeutic work is driven by current neuroscience & research.
