At the moment I am not offering home visits or face-face sessions as part of my covid-19 safety protocol. I am available for online calls through Zoom or, if you'd prefer, I also offer counselling on the phone.
Currently my practice days are Monday - Thursday. I have some flexibility in appointment times on Tuesdays and Thursdays and can offer evening appointments.

What might counselling be like with me
I feel that my role as a counsellor is to provide a safe and supportive environment through which you might better understand how you feel, the difficulties you may be facing and how you can move forward in whichever direction you wish to.
I strive to work with every person in an accepting and compassionate way and feel that whatever comes up for you in counselling will arrive when you are ready. As trust develops you may go deeper into your past and present story, your emotions and physical sensations.
Exploring what it is like to relate and connect with one another in the counselling room, and to connect with yourself, is often the beginning of shifting from where you are towards where you want to be. It is a brave decision to make to bring yourself here.
Having both witnessed and experienced the power of feeling heard and held, I believe fully in the counselling process and aim to practice in a way that is accessible to anyone, recognising the differences and unique qualities we each have. With this in mind i am happy to discuss home visits should this option better meet your needs. We can work together for a set number of sessions from the outset if you wish to work through a specific issue, or we can leave things open ended, whatever feels right for you.
As a Humanistic counsellor I believe that, given the resources, everyone can make positive changes to the way they live, can work through their issues, can take charge of creating their future and lead themselves to a life containing greater fulfillment.
