About me and my therapy practice

You may feel low. Your thoughts and actions might seem to lack direction. You could also long for closer relationships.

I am Leslie. I grew up in Malaysia, lived in the United States, and moved to Scotland over 20 years ago. I have worked in the Financial Services sector and saw the impact of a competitive sector on people. I also experienced the challenges of minority female living far away from home. I can empathise with individuals who needed therapy for their everyday difficulties.

I believe that therapy is the key to overcoming these difficulties. More and more people are addressing their mental health needs which is a great start. There might be things that you and I can work on. Together, we can search for answers.

In a warm and safe space, we will look into your past, the present and the future. I will work with you at you own pace and be there alongside you when your emotions come up. My aim is to help you have the best relationship with yourself, heal from past experiences, and thrive in your life. and the future. I will work with you at your own pace and be there alongside you when your emotions come up.
