About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling trapped in negative thought patterns or disconnected from your partner? Life’s challenges can feel daunting, and it’s common to struggle with how to move forward.
Prioritising your mental health is crucial, and we deserve the support to do so. If you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, or feelings of disconnection, I am here to help you find clarity and strength. Together, we can uncover the barriers in your process and work toward bringing positivity back into your life.
Hello, I’m Leslie, a qualified and compassionate counsellor committed to helping individuals overcome life's hurdles and build meaningful connections. Having lived in Malaysia, the US, and currently the UK, I understand different life experiences and cultures. I also have many years of experience working in Financial Services, and understand the stress that comes with offshore/overseas rotational work and high-pressured jobs. In my personal life, I am in a committed relationship and have a grown daughter and a teenage son. I know what it takes to build a healthy relationship and manage the challenges of parenting.
I am passionate about helping couples who are open to change and seeking deeper connections. With specialised training in the Baden-Pearson Developmental Couples Counselling Model. I can be both directive and supportive as we work together to uncover the root of your challenges, face them, and grow personally in your relationship.
